Lettuce hearts with cucumber and plum

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 lettuce heart(s)
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 plum(s)
  • 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar (currant balsamic vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp walnut oil
  • 2 tbsp water
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 shallot(s) or some onion

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Clean, slice, and wash the lettuce heart. Wash or peel and slice the cucumber. Wash, halve, pit, and chop the plum. Peel and dice the onion or shallot. Mix the dressing together and season to taste. Place all ingredients on a plate and drizzle with the dressing.
