Ingredients for 2 servings:
- some butter or oil
- 1 large zucchini
- 250 g cream
- 4 tbsp yogurt
- 2 tbsp herb cream cheese
- 4 tsp curry powder
- some salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- 250 g pasta, tricolore
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes
Zucchini pan with colorful noodles
Place water in a pot and add a little oil and salt, then cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, chop the zucchini and sauté it in a pan with a little butter or oil until translucent. Add the cream, yogurt, and cream cheese and bring to a gentle boil. Finally, season to taste and bring back to a boil. Once the pasta has reached its desired cooking time, drain well and serve.
