Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 500 g fish fillet(s), frozen
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 30 g almonds, sliced
  • 125 ml water
  • 250 ml milk
  • 1 tsp curry
  • pepper
  • 1 tsp broth (instant)
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Once the frozen fish can be cut into pieces, cut it into cubes. Melt the butter in a pan, heat it, and brown the almonds. Remove the browned almonds from the pan and fry the fish cubes in the butter. Dust with flour. Add the water, stirring, and bring to a boil. Add the milk and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with pepper and curry powder. Add the almonds and sour cream. Season to taste with broth and lemon juice. Serve with rice.
