Salmon pasta with tomato sauce

Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 zucchinis
  • 1 bulb(s) garlic
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 8 beefsteak tomatoes
  • 500 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 500 g tagliatelle, or as desired
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 jar white wine
  • Garlic
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sauté the garlic and onion in olive oil. Wash the zucchini, dice it finely, and add it. Peel and deseed the tomatoes, and add them. Sauté everything for about 5 minutes. If necessary, you can also use canned peeled tomatoes; I’ve tried that in a pinch. Deglaze with cream and white wine. In another pan, season the salmon fillet a little and sear it on both sides to create a nice crust. Remove the salmon from the pan, chop it finely, and add it to the sauce. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and add a little garlic seasoning. Boil the tagliatelle or spaghetti.
