Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g pasta (maccharoni)
- 500 g minced meat (mixed)
- 1 large can of mushrooms
- ½ tube(s) Tomato paste (triple concentrated)
- Paprika powder, sweet
- salt and pepper
- Garlic

Simple – delicious – just different
Brown the ground meat in a pan and season with salt and pepper. Then add the mushrooms WITH the infusion, simmer over low heat, and add the tomato paste (depending on the color, add a little more tomato paste). Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Season the ground meat “sauce” generously with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic. Simmer for about 10 minutes, then add it to a large pot with the drained pasta and mix well. Let it simmer for another 10 minutes and serve. You can also lightly fry the tomato paste (thanks to mamirah for this) with the ground meat and then add the mushrooms. This creates a more intense tomato flavor.
