Tomato and mozzarella parcels

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 m.-large tomato(s)
  • 1 pack of mozzarella
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • some olive oil
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella. Halve the ham slices. Place a tomato slice between two mozzarella slices. Wrap the ham slices around the parcels and secure with halved toothpicks. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the parcels over low heat for about 5 minutes on each side, until the mozzarella begins to melt. Serve with baguette.
