Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 sausages, small, coarse
- 2 rolls (wheat rolls)
- 2 slices of cheese
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 tbsp fried onions
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 tbsp ketchup
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Fry or grill the sausages. Cut open the buns and spread mustard on the undersides. Then place two lettuce leaves on each one. Then top each with a slice of cheese. Then add two sausages, a little ketchup, and the fried onions. Place the top of the bun on top and serve immediately.
