Celery and turkey curry

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 bunch of celery
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 2 turkey schnitzels or chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp red curry paste
  • 1 dashes soy sauce
  • some salt and pepper
  • some curry powder, yellow and red
  • 100 ml water
  • ½ cup cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Brown the meat thoroughly and season with salt and pepper. Set aside. Finely chop the celery and bell pepper and brown them as well. Deglaze with soy sauce and water, and stir in the curry paste. Simmer for about 20 minutes. Finally, add both curry powders, the cream, and the meat, and mix. Serve with rice.
