Delicious blueberry muffins with sour cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g blueberries
  • 4 tbsp milk
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 100 g sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 g margarine
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 100 g cornstarch
  • 200 g flour

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Line a muffin tin with paper baking cups and preheat the oven to 200°C (top and bottom heat). Combine the flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and baking soda in a bowl. Melt the white chocolate and butter in a double boiler. Then, combine with the eggs, sugar, sour cream, and milk in a bowl. Add the chocolate mixture to the flour mixture and quickly mix. Finally, carefully fold in the berries and fill the muffins. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Tip: Decorate the muffins with icing!
