- 10 dates
- 30 g almonds
- 30 ml water
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder

Low fat, sugar-free, low calorie, high fiber
Soak the almonds in water for 20-30 minutes. Cut the dates and place them in a blender with the almonds, water, and cocoa powder. Blend until smooth, depending on how chunky you like them. Shape the mixture into bars, place them in a container lined with plastic wrap, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. They should keep well there. They can also be rolled in nuts, cocoa powder, or something similar.
