Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pork fillet(s) or loin
  • 2 cans of mushrooms
  • 2 cups of sweet cream
  • 3 processed cheese
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 40 g cheese (grated Emmental)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Wash the pork fillet and pat dry. Cut into slightly thicker slices, season, and briefly sear on both sides in a non-stick pan with a little oil. Sauté the chopped onion until translucent, then add the cream, mushrooms, and processed cheese, season to taste, and bring to a boil. Sprinkle everything with grated cheese and bake uncovered for 20 minutes at approximately 150°C. It’s quick and delicious! Serve with hash browns, rice, or French fries.
