Swiss loin stew

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 pork loins
  • 300 g cooked ham
  • 2 cans of mushrooms
  • 3 cups of cream (200 g each)
  • 3 corner(s) of processed cheese
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 5 tbsp spice mix (Swiss sirloin seasoning)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 45 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes

Skin the loins if necessary, cut into approximately 2 cm thick slices, season well with Swiss loin seasoning, sear on both sides, and place in a greased, ovenproof dish. Dice the loin and fry lightly in a pan with the chopped onion and garlic. Add the cream, mushrooms, processed cheese, and approximately 3 tablespoons of Swiss loin seasoning (to taste) and simmer. Pour everything over the loin slices in the dish and cook in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
