Potato salad with frankfurters

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 4 gherkins
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ tube(s) mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp vinegar
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • some cucumber juice
  • 3 Bockwurst

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Boil the potatoes in their skins, let them cool, then peel and slice them. Thinly slice the gherkins and add them. Season with mayonnaise and a little pickle juice, salt, and pepper. Boil the eggs and serve with the potato salad with Bockwurst.
