Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 125 g pasta
- 200 g carrot(s)
- 200 g cauliflower
- 200 g peas
- 100 g cooked ham
- 150 g mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 egg(s)
- salt and pepper

easy and quick to make
First, cook the pasta until al dente. Wash and chop the carrots and cauliflower. When the pasta is al dente, drain and cook the chopped carrots in the same cooking water for about 5 minutes. Then add the cauliflower and cook for 4 minutes. Finally, add the peas and cook for about 2 minutes. Drain everything and rinse with cold water. Chop the cooked ham and mix with the pasta and vegetables. Mix the mayonnaise with the milk and carefully fold in. Season with salt and pepper. Hard-boil the egg and add it to the salad. Let it sit for about an hour.
