Fast and uncomplicated
Thaw the seafood. Slice the onion into half rings and the bell pepper into thin strips. Dice the tomatoes, cut the beans into bite-sized pieces, and finely chop the garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan and lightly brown the onions. Then add the beans and bell pepper and fry briefly. Add the seafood and garlic to the pan and fry for another 2-3 minutes. Deglaze with cream and wine, then stir in the bell pepper paste and diced tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer the white wine over low heat for about 5 minutes until reduced slightly. While the pan is preparing, you can prepare the side dish at the same time. Choose between pasta, rice, or baguette.
