Pasta with crayfish meat

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta (preferably linguini)
  • 300 g crayfish (crayfish meat, boned and cooked)
  • 250 g cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • clove(s) garlic
  • 125 ml olive oil
  • 1 chili pepper(s), fresh
  • salt and pepper
  • Parmesan, fresh

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the instructions. Halve the cherry tomatoes and tear the arugula into small pieces. Peel and finely dice the onions and fry in olive oil. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Add it to the onions and sauté briefly. Add the crayfish meat and fry briefly. Add the chopped chili pepper. Then add the halved cherry tomatoes and arugula to the pan and toss briefly. Pour everything over the pasta and mix well. Serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
