Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • Roast beef (Wagyu roast beef), approx. 300 g
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Heat the coconut oil in a heavy-based pan. Place the roast beef straight from the refrigerator into the pan and sear for 10 seconds on each side, then turn. Turn the meat frequently until it reaches the desired browning. Then wrap it in aluminum foil or let it rest in an oven preheated to 80 degrees Celsius (180 degrees Fahrenheit) for 10 minutes. Slice and serve immediately. Add salt at the table.
