Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 beef roulades
- ¼ liter of water, hot
- 1 onion(s)
- Mustard
- cucumber(s)
- salt and pepper
- bacon
- Paprika powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Season the roulades, spread with mustard, and top with bacon and cucumber strips. Tie them together tightly. Brown on all sides, adding the onion during frying. Add the hot water and simmer for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Check frequently and add more water if necessary.
