Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g tagliatelle pasta
- salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp oil
- 300 g beef, shredded from the rump
- 1 onion(s)
- 100 g mushrooms, fresh
- 60 ml white wine
- 70 ml sour cream
- 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot
- 2 tbsp cranberries
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente. Brown the meat in oil. Slice the onion into rings and add it. Slice the mushrooms and add them as well. Then deglaze with wine and simmer for 30 minutes. Add the sour cream to the minced meat and stir to combine. Season to taste with mustard, cranberries, salt, and pepper.
