Potato and bean stew with Cabanossi

Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 jar green beans
  • 350 g Cabanossi
  • 700 g potatoes
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel the potatoes, dice them, and place them in a large pot. Fill with water and salt, then bring to a boil. Meanwhile, finely chop the Cabanossi and onion, fry them in a little oil, and then add them to the pot with the beans and potatoes. Simmer on low heat for about 25 minutes, then season with salt and pepper.
