Fruity cream curry with chicken

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 100 ml sweet cream
  • 400 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • n. B. peach(s), from the can
  • 1 large bell pepper(s), any color
  • some broccoli, about the same amount as the bell pepper
  • 2 cups of cream cheese (India from Buko)
  • 1 bag of rice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

First, cook the rice. Meanwhile, dice the bell peppers, peaches, and chicken breast, and chop the broccoli. Brown the chicken in a deep pan until browned, then season. Brown the bell peppers and broccoli for a few minutes. Deglaze with cream, stir in the cream cheese and let it melt, then add the peaches and simmer for a few minutes until cooked through. Season to taste and serve with the rice.
