Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 20 g butter
- 2 turkey schnitzels
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 750 g frozen vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots)
- 200 g processed cheese, with herbs
- 250 ml cream
- 1 liter of broth
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Cut the leek and meat into strips and sauté in the butter. Add the broth and bring to a boil. Add the vegetables and simmer for 15 minutes. Add the cheese, cream, and spices to the soup and season to taste.
