Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • ½ tube(s) tomato paste
  • ¼ tube(s) mustard
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 5 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • basil
  • Parmesan

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions and drain. Meanwhile, combine the butter, oil, tomato paste, and mustard in a pan and heat. Add the cooked spaghetti, mix well, and fry until crispy. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with basil and Parmesan cheese before serving.
