Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 360 g cod fillet(s)
- lemon juice
- 4 tsp margarine
- 4 tsp flour
- 200 ml milk
- 200 g gherkins
- 2 tbsp capers
- 50 g sweet cream
- salt and pepper
- dill
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Wash the fish fillet, cut into bite-sized cubes, and drizzle with lemon juice. Heat the margarine in a saucepan. Briefly sauté the flour in it and deglaze with milk. Simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let the fish cubes simmer in the sauce over low heat for about 5-10 minutes. Finely chop the cucumber and add it with the capers. Top with cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, dill, and a pinch of sugar, if desired. Approx. 531 kcal per serving.
