Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 potatoes
  • 8 carrots
  • 4 onions
  • 4 Mettwurst sausages
  • 1 liter of water
  • 1 stock cube
  • possibly salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Simple and affordable

Slice the sausages and carrots. Finely chop the potatoes and onions, place everything in a pot, and pour in the water. Then add the stock cube and simmer for about 30-45 minutes until tender. Season with salt, if desired.
