Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g cheese, grated or shredded (e.g. Edam, Gouda)
  • 250 g oat flakes
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp mustard, medium hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Knead all ingredients together. This is best done by hand. Form into approximately 10-12 balls. Place on a baking sheet and bake in the oven at 175 degrees Celsius for approximately 15-20 minutes. This goes very well with leaf salad and ciabatta bread.
