Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 150 g rice
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- pepper
- ½ bunch parsley
- Oil or other fat for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Cook the rice according to the package instructions. Mix in the eggs and the finely chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Heat the oil in a pan. Form the rice into flat cakes and fry in the hot oil until golden brown on both sides. Pairs well with salmon with a mild mustard and honey sauce.
