Fried potatoes with cheese beans

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 750 g jacket potatoes
  • 5 tbsp oil
  • 2 onions
  • 560 g beans, green from the can
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • salt and pepper
  • 200 g cheese, grated (Emmental)
  • 1 bunch of parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel and slice the potatoes. Heat the oil, fry the potatoes, and season with salt. Peel and chop the onions. Add one onion to the potatoes and fry until crispy. Heat the margarine and fry the other onion in it. Add the drained beans, stir in the cheese, and heat everything through. Chop the parsley and add it to the beans. Season the beans with salt and pepper and serve with the potatoes.
