Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g potatoes, boiled
  • 400 g chicken wings, frozen or fresh, ready seasoned
  • 1 can apricot(s)
  • 3 tbsp cornstarch
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

simple pan for those with a sweet tooth with chicken wings, potatoes and apricots

Dice the potatoes and fry in a little oil over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes. Cut the chicken wings (thawed if frozen!) into bite-sized pieces, add to the potatoes, and fry. Drain the apricots, reserving the juice and blending them with the cornstarch until smooth. Cut the apricots into strips and add to the potatoes. Then add the juice and simmer gently for about 10 minutes. Season with curry, pepper, and salt.
