Fruity chicory salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 small chicory
  • 2 apples
  • 2 oranges
  • 2 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • possibly grapes
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 tbsp fruit vinegar
  • Milk
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

First, rinse the chicory, apples, and grapes and clean them if necessary. Halve the chicory and remove the stem. Cut the rest into fine strips and place them in a bowl. Peel the oranges and remove the white part of the skin. Dice the oranges and apples and add them to the salad. Mix the yogurt with the vinegar and thin with milk if desired. Season with a small pinch of salt and pepper, and finish with honey if desired. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything well. Sprinkle with the sunflower seeds before serving and garnish with halved grapes.
