Spinach and Shrimp One Pot Pasta

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 10 shrimp(s)
  • 190 g farfalle
  • 200 g cream
  • 350 ml water
  • 100 g spinach, frozen
  • 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 1 small onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp chili sauce
  • 80 g Parmesan, grated
  • Olive oil for frying
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Finely chop the garlic and onion. Heat olive oil in a saucepan. Sauté the garlic and onion. Add the tomato paste and sauté briefly. Add the cream, water, and 1 teaspoon of salt and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 10-12 minutes, or until al dente. Halfway through cooking, add the prawns. Once the pasta is al dente, add the spinach, chili sauce, and cherry tomatoes and cook briefly. Add 2/3 of the Parmesan cheese and stir thoroughly. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and serve with the remaining Parmesan cheese.
