Noodle pan with smoked tofu

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g pasta, e.g. fusilli
  • 175 g smoked tofu
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • ½ red bell pepper(s)
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

vegan, spicy

Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, drain, and set aside. Meanwhile, dice the smoked tofu as finely as possible, finely chop the onion, and finely dice the bell pepper. Sauté everything in the oil over medium heat for about 4 minutes. Then add the cooked noodles, stir everything together, season with spices and soy sauce, and sauté for another 10 minutes.
