Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250g pasta
- 200 g smoked tofu
- 1 onion(s)
- 200 ml soy cream (Soy Cream Cuisine)
- 1 tbsp margarine
- some parsley
- salt and pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Prepare the noodles according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, heat the oil in a pan. Cut the tofu into small cubes and fry in the hot oil until crispy. Finely chop the onion and add it. Deglaze with soy cream. Add 1 tablespoon of margarine to the sauce and melt. Season with parsley, salt, and pepper. Drain the noodles, toss with the sauce, and serve on deep plates.
