Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 4 tomatoes, approx. 100 g each
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 400 g chicken breast fillet(s) (2 fillets)
- 50 g cornflakes, natural
- ½ tsp oregano, dried
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- ½ tsp sweet paprika powder
- 60 g butter, liquid
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash the tomatoes and slice them ½ cm thick. Arrange them in a baking dish, tiled. Thinly slice the onion and garlic cloves and arrange them on top of the tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle with olive oil. Season the chicken breast fillets all over with salt and pepper and place them on top of the vegetables. Roughly crumble the cornflakes. Add the oregano, parsley, and paprika and mix everything with the melted butter. Spread the mixture over the meat. Bake at 200°C (180°C fan-assisted) on the middle rack for 30-35 minutes.
