Slice the spring onions into thin rings and sauté in oil until translucent. Combine the hollandaise sauce, cream, chopped tomatoes, and cream cheese over low heat. Season with salt, pepper, and sambal oelek. If the sauce is too thin, you can thicken it with a light sauce thickener. Briefly rinse the crayfish or scampi under running water, drain well, and fry in a little oil. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and serve with the sauce and the crayfish or scampi. Tip: You can also heat the crayfish or scampi in the sauce.
