Mussel spaghetti

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g mussels, peeled (frozen or canned)
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 150 ml broth
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 125 g crème fraîche
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 g spaghetti or other pasta
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

A delicious dish – prepared in a flash!!

Cook the pasta in boiling water until al dente. Add the onion and mussels to a pan and sauté. When the onion turns golden yellow, deglaze with white wine. Continue simmering. Once the wine has reduced, add the stock and reduce the heat slightly. Continue simmering until the mussels are cooked through. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg, and garnish with parsley and crème fraîche. Plate the pasta with the sauce and serve immediately.
