Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g mushrooms, white or brown
- 1 onion(s), red
- 1 can of corn
- 500 g pasta (spinach pasta)
- 500 ml whipped cream
- some flour
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- 1 tsp, heaped vegetable stock powder
- Oil for frying
- n. B. cheese
- n. B. Chives for sprinkling

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Quick and with few ingredients
Briefly sauté the onion and mushrooms in a pan with the oil. Then add the cream, corn, and vegetable stock. Thicken slightly with the flour to help the sauce adhere to the pasta. Let it simmer for a few minutes. Finally, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Cook the pasta until al dente, serve both together, and garnish with cheese and chives, if desired.
