Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g pasta (ribbon pasta is best)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 3 tbsp semolina
- possibly sugar
- 4 tbsp water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta and drain. Heat oil in a pan and fry the semolina until light brown, stirring constantly. Deglaze with 4 tablespoons of water. Add the drained pasta and mix. If desired, add a little more sugar. Cover and let it simmer in the pan for another 10 minutes over low heat. My husband and I like to serve it with canned peaches. My two-year-old son loves the pasta with a dollop of jam.
