Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup rice
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 1 eggplant(s)
  • 250 g corn
  • 1 jar onion(s) (silver)
  • 1 jar soy sprouts, or fresh
  • 500 ml tomato(s), pureed
  • herbal salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick, sophisticated and delicious

Prepare the rice according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, slice the leek into rings and the eggplant into chunks. Sauté in a pan. Drain the other vegetables. Mix everything together and deglaze with the tomatoes. Season to taste. Finally, stir in the rice and serve.
