Ebly – Vegetable Pan

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 180 g Ebly
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 300 broccoli, frozen
  • 1 carrot(s)
  • 1 eggplant(s)
  • 1 jar beans, white
  • 20 tbsp tomato juice
  • Thyme
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Prepare the Ebly according to the package instructions. Cook the broccoli in a hot pan, dice the onion, and add it. Slice the carrot and fry it. Drain the beans, slice the eggplant, add it to the pan-fried vegetables, and fry it. Deglaze everything with 3 tablespoons of tomato juice. Add the cooked Ebly and the beans, season generously with thyme, and mix everything well. Stir in the remaining tomato juice, heat briefly, season again if desired, and serve.
