Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g broccoli
  • 3 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • salt and pepper
  • Almond(s) (flakes)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Bring salted water to a boil, add the broccoli, and cook for 12 minutes, taking care not to over-soften. Then remove, drain, and puree with a hand blender or blender. Stir in the crème fraîche, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Sprinkle with flaked almonds.
