Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Grease a small casserole dish with a little butter and fill it with the diced cooked ham. Then add the egg and cream, along with the spinach leaves and sliced ​​mushrooms. Sprinkle with grated cheese and season generously with salt and pepper. Bake the casserole for about 15-20 minutes and enjoy while it’s still warm. This recipe can be varied to your liking, for example, by substituting salmon for the cooked ham or using other vegetables such as peppers or tomatoes.
