Savoy cabbage with ginger and soy sauce

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 3 onions, finely chopped
  • 1 piece(s) ginger, thumb-sized, finely chopped
  • some sesame oil
  • 1 ½ kg savoy cabbage, chopped and blanched
  • 150 ml rice wine
  • Soy sauce
  • Lime juice
  • maple syrup
  • some salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Sauté the onions and ginger in sesame oil. Then add the chopped savoy cabbage and simmer for 5 minutes. Add the rice wine and cook the cabbage until al dente. Season to taste with soy sauce, lime juice, maple syrup, and spices.
