Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 4 tbsp balsamic vinegar, white
- ½ tbsp mustard (Dijon mustard)
- 10 tbsp olive oil
- ½ lemon(s)
- 1 shallot(s), finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove(s), chopped
- 2 tbsp chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
- 100 ml cream or sour cream or yogurt
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Dissolve the mustard in the vinegar, whisk in the oil until a nice emulsion forms. Add the lemon juice and the remaining ingredients, and season with spices.
