Light minced meat pizza

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g tartar
  • Broth, granulated
  • 1 pack of vegetables, Kaiser vegetables or buttered vegetables, possibly more
  • 200 ml Hollandaise sauce, 2% fat
  • onion(s), sliced into rings

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

According to WW, only 5.5 points, no carbohydrates. Also great as a party food!

Take a shallow baking dish (you can lightly grease it or line it with baking paper), add about 150g of tartare or ground beef per person, and press it flat into the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle the granulated stock evenly over the dish to cover the bottom. Add the onion rings on top. Then add either frozen buttered vegetables or, better yet, frozen Kaisergemüse (because it doesn’t have that frozen sauce lump, so it doesn’t cost more points), enough to fill it up. Spread the hollandaise evenly over the dish and bake the whole thing in the oven at 200°C until the tartare is cooked through. Don’t add any seasonings other than the granulated stock. It tastes really good, is super easy to prepare, and I got 5.5 points with tartare, Kaisergemüse, and this 2% fat hollandaise, and I was absolutely stuffed. For parties or fellow diners who don’t have to watch their figure, you can just use regular minced meat, buttered vegetables and regular hollandaise sauce, so it’s not so expensive.
