Preheat oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Dice the eggplant and bell peppers and place them in a casserole dish along with the pasta and corn. Mix the cream cheese, milk, and seasonings into a sauce and pour over the dish. Then thinly slice the mozzarella and arrange it on top. Bake in the oven for about 35 minutes.
