Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 150 g flour (wholemeal)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 eggs
- 240 ml buttermilk
- 2 bananas
- 1 tbsp oat flakes
- 1 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 1 apple
- 1 tsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Grate the apple and mix it with buttermilk, honey, desiccated coconut, sunflower seeds, oats, eggs, and flour. Slice the banana. Using a paper towel, lightly oil a pan. Pour a ladleful of batter into the hot pan and place a few banana slices on top. Turn over and fry until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining batter.
