Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g bacon, streaky
- 2 onions
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 can of tomato paste, 70 g
- ½ liter meat broth
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 can beans, white (soup)
- oil
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- marjoram
- savory
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Roughly chop the onions, dice the bacon, and slice the peeled bell peppers. Heat the oil in a pan, fry the bacon cubes, add the onions and bell peppers, and sauté for about 5 minutes. Blend the tomato paste with a little broth until smooth and add to the pot along with the minced meat. Pour in the remaining broth, stir well, and cover. Let everything simmer for about 10 minutes. Stir in the white beans and the liquid. Season the stew with the spices and simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
