Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g pasta
- 800 g strawberries
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 30 g white chocolate, grated
- lemon juice

A hit for kids
Cook the pasta until al dente, then let it cool. Wash, hull, and quarter the strawberries. Place 500g of the strawberries in a bowl and sprinkle with the sugar. Puree the remaining strawberries in a blender and add a few squeezes of lemon juice. Fold the cooled pasta into the sugared strawberries and pour the sauce over the pasta. Sprinkle the white chocolate shavings over the pasta.
