Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g spaghetti without egg
- 1 large can of tomatoes, peeled
- 100 g butter
- Salt
- Sugar
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
3 simple ingredients, but really good
Cook the spaghetti as usual. Add the tomatoes to a pot and bring to a boil. Simmer until almost all the liquid has evaporated, then crush the tomatoes with a wooden spoon. Add the butter and season generously with salt and sugar. Add the spaghetti, stir, and you’re done. Tip 1: Sprinkle basil over the top. Tip 2: Add a little olive oil instead of butter, which makes it vegan too!
